UK Returns and Refunds Policy

Delivery times : LEAD TIMES ARE SHOWN IN THE ADVERT. Orders usually ship within 48 working hours via Royal Mail 24 Tracked. However if this is not the case we will drop you an email. Please note although most items are held in stock, items above £300 may be order in items and take a little more processing time (we will email to let you know), still in 2025 some manufacturers are having problems with stock and manufacturing leading to extended lead times, if you are worried about an order which is late please email us first.
UK Returns
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return. Returns made outside of this period may not be accepted.
If returned within 14 days, we offer a full refund or exchange for the item's purchase price, minus delivery costs.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the original sealed packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Returns that do not meet these conditions are subject to our discretion, and a restocking fee may apply.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item within the 14-day period, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, refunds are processed to your credit card or original payment method within 14 days, subject to your card issuer's policy.
Shipping Costs
You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
If the item is faulty, we will cover return postage at the cheapest tracked rate.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Inspect items upon receipt for defects or damage.
Inform us within 14 days if an item is damaged or faulty.
We may repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.
Restocking Fee
For unwanted items, a restocking fee of 5% or a minimum of 5.00 GBP (whichever is greater) will be deducted from your refund.
